The operating system for Indian healthcare
Kliniqo runs a pathology laboratory's whole day and puts the signed report on the patient's phone. Built in Rajkot; the first laboratories are moving in now.

Hello Kajal, your report (V26-01184) is ready at Vaibhav Laboratory. Read it here: kliniqo.co.in/s/…

An example report. No patient's data is shown on this page.
Real screens, not drawings
The Counter takes a patient in seconds. The bench marks what is out of range. The report goes out signed, QR-checked, on WhatsApp.

Also live today
Real Kliniqo screens from an example laboratory: its name, patients and figures are made up. Each laboratory's data is walled off by the database itself.
A year with Kliniqo
Move the two figures you know. Every line is counted low, and none of it is anybody else's number.
What Kliniqo costs is quoted for your laboratory, and is not set against this figure.
Dues live in a diary, the cash is counted against what everyone remembers taking, and month-end costs a day.
₹1 in every ₹100 billed is taken as a balance nobody ever collects; half of it — 50 paise in every ₹100 — is counted as coming back once the balance waits at the counter and a reminder goes. Reminders go on WhatsApp once Kliniqo's number is live with Meta.
A diabetic due again in three months, a thyroid in six: every date is implied by a report you have already issued, and nothing surfaces them — so the patient is tested by whoever asks first.
A fifth of your reports (20 in 100) are taken as implying another test, and one in ten of those patients (10 in 100) as coming back because they were asked — not counting the ones who would have come anyway. Each at your ordinary bill. What a campaign message costs is not taken off.
Referrals do not stop with a phone call; they taper, and without a monthly figure per doctor nobody notices until the patients are going to the new place.
One more referred patient for every 200 visits, from doctors who read their patients' reports in their own portal and get a monthly statement. The doctors' portal is an extra, quoted for your laboratory.
A test added at the bench, an X-ray or ECG done without a slip: work that leaves the laboratory and never reaches a bill.
50 paise in every ₹100 of work is taken as done without a bill today. In Kliniqo every test and every study sits on a bill, and where a room's machine count is switched on, its studies are checked against the bills. X-ray, ultrasound and ECG are extras.
One counter quotes the printed card, another from memory, a third gives the discount it always gives — and you find out when a patient compares bills with a neighbour.
₹1 in every ₹100 billed is taken as discounts nobody set a limit or a reason for. With a limit set, a discount above it needs a reason and waits for the owner's yes.
A printed report can be copied, edited and passed off with your name on it.
Not priced: no loss figure for it can be sourced, so none is invented. What it protects is your name — every report is signed, frozen as a numbered version, and carries a QR code anyone can scan to check it against the original.
What Kliniqo costs is not set against this: each laboratory's price is quoted for it.
Each report is read as one visit and one bill over six working days a week, and every count and every rupee is rounded down. Only money is counted: the counter's time saved is not, because staff time is not cash in hand. Nothing here is a promise.
On the list: 110 models from 36 makers, over ASTM, HL7 or a folder of CSV files. Yours are connected and tested with you when you move in.
A day, in order
One patient's morning, step by step. A receptionist learns the counter in a morning.
01
Found by name or number, or a new file in thirty seconds. Duplicates caught first.
02
Your own rate card, a receipt with a barcode, dues remembered.
03
Labels print; a scan marks the tube collected. Home visits run on a round.
04
From the analyser or typed. Ranges by age and sex, flags, delta checks.
05
Held while a control fails; a critical value needs a phone call on record.
06
Frozen, numbered, with a QR code — and its link on the patient's phone.
Where it earns its keep
No port is opened on your network and no fixed address is needed. A result is written to the lab's own disk before the instrument is told it was received, so an internet outage costs nothing but the wait.
A small agent on a PC in the lab reads ASTM, HL7 or a CSV folder. Nothing on your network is opened.
A released report reaches the patient's phone, opening with your laboratory's name, once Kliniqo's number is live with Meta.
Frozen as a numbered version; a correction is a new version with its reason. A QR code proves a printout is genuine.
Why laboratories move
To look the part, to keep patients, and to grow without changing systems again.
Look the part
Your letterhead, a QR that proves the report, your own website, WhatsApp in your name.
Patients who come back
The report on their phone when it is signed, the family's reports together, a collector at the door.
Room to grow
Online bookings, health checks, the doctors' portal, and a second branch that opens with your rate card.
Where the money comes back
Every one is a screen the console already has, at work on the patients and doctors already in your file.
Patients due again, found by the test and the date, asked in your name.
Messages · Campaign
Booked at eleven at night, on the counter's list before the shutter goes up.
Bookings
Built off your own rate card, compared side by side on your website.
Health checks
A visit with a charge, on a collector's round, billed like the rest.
Home visits
Their own portal, every report the moment it is out, and a monthly statement.
Doctor portal
Who owes you, how much, since when — waiting at the counter.
Dues
Nothing on this page claims what any of it earned anybody: the first laboratories are moving in now.

One system for Indian healthcare, quoted for each laboratory, so a single laboratory can afford it.
One laboratory
The base runs a laboratory from registration to printed report. Your machines, X-ray, ultrasound, ECG and every other extra are added at their own price, in any mix. Quoted for your laboratory.
See what is coveredMore than one centre
Every centre's day side by side on one login. A further place is an extra, quoted for your laboratory with the rest.
Talk to us about your centresPricing
Quoted for each laboratory. The base runs the front desk, the bench, reports and signing, billing, one place and unlimited staff, with no limit on patient files; everything else is an extra you add when you need it.
How it starts
No card, nothing installed. Your patients' files move in only after the order and the data agreement are signed.
What you run on today, and where the day goes.
Shown on your own rate card first; your old files after the order.
Somebody from here at your counter. That day is in the price.
You pay when you go live, and nothing is charged before you say so. A base amount, plus only what you use, quoted for your laboratory. No GST is added at present. Kliniqo is built in Rajkot and the first laboratories are moving in now.
Before you ring
With a demonstration, on the demo laboratory or on a copy set up with your own rate card. Your patients, doctors and old reports move in after the order and the data-processing agreement are signed. You pay when you go live; nothing is charged before.
No. Once the order and the data-processing agreement are signed, export from whatever the laboratory used before — most programs will, under Reports, Utilities or Backup — and load the file under Move in: patients first, then doctors and the rate card, then the old reports. Every step shows what it is about to do before it does it.
Messages go out from Kliniqo's WhatsApp number, each one opening with your laboratory's name — there is nothing for you to set up with Meta. That number's connection to Meta is being made now; until it is live, the counter copies a released report's link from the order and sends it. Each message that really goes costs your laboratory's quoted price, one by one, on the next invoice. On the terms we quote today, replies inside a patient's 24-hour window, which Meta does not charge for, are not counted. Nothing stops, and nothing waiting is thrown away. A laboratory that wants its own WhatsApp number and name can have one: it costs extra and takes two weeks or more to set up with Meta.
Yes: it is an extra, quoted for your laboratory. The models we connect are the ones on our list; yours are connected and tested with you when you move in, and a machine that is not on the list can have its CSV export imported, or its results typed.
You keep access to the end of the period already paid for, and for ninety days after it the laboratory can still take its data: six CSV exports — orders and billing, payments and refunds, turnaround, bookings and home visits, the patient register and the activity log — and every report, printed or saved. Anything else is exported for you on request. See the cancellation and refund policy.
Ring or write. We show you Kliniqo on your own rate card, from the counter to the signed report.
