More than one place
A further place is an extra, quoted for your laboratory. With more than one come the group console with every centre's day side by side, staff shared between centres or kept to one, and a new centre that opens with a copy of the rate card. Move in is done with you for every centre.

Questions a laboratory owner asks
How does a laboratory start?
With a demonstration, on the demo laboratory or on a copy set up with your own rate card. Your patients, doctors and old reports move in after the order and the data-processing agreement are signed. You pay when you go live; nothing is charged before.
Is GST added?
No GST is charged at present. Should that change, the invoice will show it separately; your quote is what a laboratory pays today.
Can we change what we use later?
Yes, at any time. An extra added counts from that day; nothing already created is ever taken away.
Who pays for WhatsApp messages?
Messages go out from Kliniqo's WhatsApp number, each one opening with your laboratory's name — there is nothing for you to set up with Meta. That number's connection to Meta is being made now; until it is live, the counter copies a released report's link from the order and sends it. Each message that really goes costs your laboratory's quoted price, one by one, on the next invoice. On the terms we quote today, replies inside a patient's 24-hour window, which Meta does not charge for, are not counted. Nothing stops, and nothing waiting is thrown away. A laboratory that wants its own WhatsApp number and name can have one: it costs extra and takes two weeks or more to set up with Meta.
What happens when we grow?
Nothing stops. A further place is an extra, quoted for your laboratory, and messages keep going: each is an extra at its quoted price, on the next invoice.
What happens if we stop?
You keep access to the end of the period already paid for, and for ninety days after it the laboratory can still take its data: six CSV exports — orders and billing, payments and refunds, turnaround, bookings and home visits, the patient register and the activity log — and every report, printed or saved. Anything else is exported for you on request. See the cancellation and refund policy.
