No app needed: close your account here with the mobile number and date of birth you sign in with.
What closes
- Every phone and browser is signed out at once.
- Your account closes seven days after you ask. Until then, you can keep it.
- When it closes, every permission you gave Kliniqo is taken back.
- Your account's details are then kept locked away for one year, and removed after that.
What the law keeps
- Your reports at each laboratory. The laboratory keeps them as medical records must be kept, and gives you a copy when you ask.
- Bills and payments, for as long as tax law asks.
- A record of sign-ins and changes, for as long as the law asks.

Seven days to change your mind
To keep your account, come back here before the day it closes, or sign in, and choose Keep my account.
If you did not ask for this, keep your account the same way. Whoever asked was signed out too.
