Terms of service
The terms for using the Kliniqo app and the patient pages of this website. In force from 02/10/2026.
A laboratory that uses Kliniqo to run its work agrees to the terms for laboratories as well.
Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
These terms are between you and Priyam Rupapara, trading as Kliniqo.
You must be 18 or older to have a Kliniqo account.
What Kliniqo is
Kliniqo lets you book tests with partner laboratories, pay for them, and read your reports and your family's.
The laboratory collects and tests your sample and signs your report. Kliniqo does not test samples and does not give medical advice.
Not a diagnosis. Talk to your doctor before making medical decisions.
In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital. Kliniqo is not an emergency service.
Your account
- You sign in with your mobile number and your date of birth, and with a WhatsApp code when we send one.
- Give true details, keep your phone locked, and do not let anyone else sign in as you.
- Add a family member only if you are allowed to act for them.
- If you think someone else has signed in, sign that device out in Me and tell us.
- We may pause or close an account used to break the law, to harm someone or to attack Kliniqo. We will tell you why, unless the law forbids it.
Bookings and payments
- The price is shown before you book, and it is what you pay.
- The laboratory that does your tests is named on your booking and on your receipt.
- You pay online through the payment company, or at the collection where that is offered.
- You can reschedule or cancel a booking in the app until the collector sets out. A paid booking cancelled before then is refunded in full, the way you paid.
- If a test cannot be done, you are told, and what you paid for it is refunded.
Your reports
- Your reports come from the laboratory that made them, and only that laboratory can correct them.
- The report signed by the laboratory is the official copy. What the app shows beside it helps you read it; it is not a diagnosis.
Using Kliniqo fairly
- Use Kliniqo for yourself and for the people you are allowed to act for.
- Do not try to reach anyone else's information, get round a limit, copy the app or disturb the service.
- Security research is welcome, within the rules on our security page.
What we are responsible for
- We work to keep Kliniqo running and your information safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
- The laboratory is responsible for its tests and reports, and your doctor for your care.
- Where the law allows, what we owe you for a booking is limited to what you paid for it.
- Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under India's consumer protection law.
Closing your account
You can close your account at any time in Me › Privacy, or by writing to us. What happens to your information then is set out in our privacy policy.
Changes, the law and complaints
- We may change these terms. The new date is shown at the top, and a change that affects you is shown in the app before it applies.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat decide any dispute.
- Complaints go to our grievance officer. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within a month.
